Obtaining Application Forms (No quota limit)

Obtain in person at the kindergarten OR download from the kindergarten website.

Submission Methods

Parents can submit the application form through the following methods:

 i) In Person:

 Submit the completed application form along with the required documents and application fee at the school.

ii) By Post:

Mail the completed application form along with the required documents and application fee cheque to the kindergarten. (Please do NOT mail cash)

Note: Cheque payable to "SAI TIK KINDERGARTEN" for Tin Shui Wai campus; "SAI TIK KINDERGARTEN (LEI MUK SHUE)" for Lei Muk Shue campus. 

iii) Online Application:

 Log in to the school website to apply, and upload the required documents as instructed upon completion.

Applying for the "2027/28 Kindergarten Admission Registration Certificate"

The Education Bureau (EDB) is implementing the Free Quality Kindergarten Education Policy. Under this scheme, the EDB uses the "Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission" as the document for K1 registration for the 2027/28 school year.

Parents must, between September and November 2026, apply to the Education Bureau (EDB) for their childrenfor the '2027/28 Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission . Applications for the '2027/28 Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission' will open in September this year, at which time the Education Bureau will announce the application details and upload them tothe Education Bureau website.

Admission Criteria

 -Priority Considerations:

1. Siblings currently studying at this kindergarten or affiliated kindergartens

2. Siblings who are graduates of this kindergarten or affiliated kindergartens

3. Parents who are staff or members of the school's sponsoring body

4. Geographic proximity

5. Other relevant factors

6. For Whole-Day class applications, applicants with social/family needs will receive priority consideration.

(Note: Due to limited school places, not all applicants who meet priority conditions will be admitted.)

Interview Arrangements

•  Format:

Parents must accompany the child for the interview

(Games and conversation — individual / group).

• Notification:

The school will mail an interview permit/card to the applicant by post.

• Interpretation/Translation Services:

For non-Chinese speaking students requiring interpretation/translation services, please contact the kindergarten at 2253 6288 (Tin Shui Wai) / 3446 9178 (Lei Muk Shue).

The school also permits applicants and children to be accompanied by Chinese-speaking relatives or friends to assist in communication.

Announcement of Admission Results

• Regardless of admission status, the kindergarten will notify parents of the result by post on or before December 11, 2026.

Registration Arrangements

•   Successful Applicants (Main List):

– Parents must visit the kindergarten during the designated period from January 7 to 9, 2027 ("Central Registration Days") to complete registration procedures; AND

– Submit the original "2027/28 Registration Certificate"; AND

– Pay the registration fee.

•  Waitlisted Applicants:

– If successful applicants fail to register within the specified period, they will be considered to have forfeited their place, and waitlisted applicants will be notified to fill the spot.

– The kindergarten will send a written notification by post requesting parents to complete registration on a specified date, submit the original "2027/28 Registration Certificate", and pay the registration fee.

•   Unsuccessful Applicants:

– Parents may refer to the EDB website, Regional Education Services Certificates, or telephone hotlines in late January 2027 for information on "K1 Vacancies" to assist in finding a place.

•   Remarks:

– Please note that failure to submit valid registration documents on the specified dates may prevent the kindergarten from completing registration. Parents must apply to the EDB for the "2027/28 Registration Certificate" within the specified timeframe. (The Registration Certificate is generally valid for three years. Parents arranging for children to receive more than three years of kindergarten education generally need to pay full tuition before subvention deductions. In special cases, such as with medical/professional proof of special needs, parents can apply to extend validity.)

– The registration fee for the 2027/28 school year is HK$970 for Half-Day classes and HK$1,570 for Whole-Day classes. If the child attends the school, the fee will be refunded during the first month of school.

– If parents decide to transfer to another school after registration, please notify the kindergarten in writing. The kindergarten will return the "2027/28 Registration Certificate", but the registration fee is non-refundable. Once retrieved, the school will no longer reserve the place.
