• To introduce the names and symbolic meanings of various traditional Chinese New Year treats through the "Festive Goody Bag" activity.
• To enhance children's appreciation of traditional Chinese culture and foster a festive, joyful atmosphere through lion dance activities.
• To integrate traditional Chinese craftsmanship into daily life through a parent-child paper-cutting activity.
• To introduce children to traditional Chinese imperial examination culture and help them learn appropriate festive greetings to express blessings through the "Little Scholar Challenge".

Activity Description:

• On the day of the event, both children and teachers wear traditional Chinese attire to school to enhance the festive spirit.
• A variety of games and art activities are designed for each grade—such as wishing card design, Fai Chun exchange, lion dance games, and festive food bag crafting—allowing children to learn about Lunar New Year customs and traditional items through hands-on experiences.
• Children craft their own "Cute Mini Fai Chun" and hold a "Little Scholar Fan" as they role-play little scholars, reciting festive greetings to express warm wishes and blessings to others.
• Children participate in the Parent-Child Chinese New Year Paper-Cutting Activity, collaborating with their families to experience traditional paper-cutting art and create festive decorations that bring joy and blessings to both home and school.
• All students join the "Dancing Lions Welcoming the New Year" activity, participating in lion dance performances and the "Plucking the Red" (Cai Qing) ritual to experience China's time-honored traditional lion dance art firsthand.
• Children enjoy radish cake (turnip cake) together, symbolizing good fortune, smooth progress in work and studies, and good luck in the coming year.
