To foster an early appreciation for and immersion in Chinese culture, the school organized a "Mid-Autumn Lantern Festival" for children at all grade levels, centered around the traditional Mid-Autumn Festival.
The day's activities included making Mid-Autumn Festival lanterns by hand, a group lantern dance, and a lantern riddle game; Chang'e and the Jade Rabbit even descended to earth to hand out plenty of gifts!
Children at all levels thoroughly enjoyed the experience; through these activities, they deepened their understanding of the origins and traditional customs of the Mid-Autumn Festival and broadened their knowledge of Chinese culture, thereby strengthening their sense of national identity and fostering a sense of belonging to the country.
